The benefits of Thyroid Health:
Contains selenium: The thyroid gland holds more selenium than any other organ in the body. Selenium is used to produce selenoproteins - antioxidant enzymes that are needed for adequate thyroid function. It is required for the production of thyroid hormones and the conversion of the inactive thyroid hormone (T4) into its active form (T3) to be utilised in the body. It is interesting to note that the T3 hormone is 10 times more active than T4.
Contains iodine: This important mineral is required for the production of T3 and T4 thyroid hormones. A deficiency of iodine may inhibit the production of these thyroid hormones and could affect thyroid function. Fucus vesiculosus, a type of kelp, has been used in our Thyroid Health capsules to provide a natural source of iodine.
Contains vitamin D3: Vitamin D plays a significant role in regulating and strengthening the immune system. Deficiencies of vitamin D are associated with an increased risk of autoimmune disorders. This nutrient works well with parathyroid hormones to help support healthy blood calcium levels and strong bones.
Contains zinc: This mineral also plays an important role in supporting healthy thyroid function. Zinc is also essential for supporting the immune system and the nervous system. Epidemiological studies suggest an association between zinc deficiency and the presence of a goitre.
Unfortunately, it can be difficult to obtain an adequate amount of these nutrients from the diet alone. This is due to the depletion of minerals in the soil, processing and mass production of foods and poor absorption of vitamins and minerals due to intestinal inflammation.

I've ordered about 4 different automatic shakers from different brands. They all have different problems, motor not strong enough, charging cable on the front of the charging base (in the way on a counter), hard to open refil covers, small containers not holding enough salt/pepper. FINALLY this one checks all the marks I've been looking for. Its weighty too since its made of stainless. Large refil container, easy to remove just a twist. Grind selector is a twist at th e base with a clear arrow showing size. Large press button at top so you can hold it in any rotation in your hand and not have to look for the button/switch to turn it on. No cover that needs to be flipped open and then closed to put back into the base. Contacts for charge are on the back side and not at the bottom where salt can corrode the contacts. The list can go on but you get the idea. Just buy this one and be done with it!

Nice product

Edit: Customer service actually did offer to replace it. Received the new set and it works fine. Nice set. Only gripe is I think that the motor could be a little stronger. Sounds like it’s struggling at times.
Received a defective item reached out to customer support for Circle joy and they’re basically saying that it’s user error and not a defect in their product, even though I explained to them that the other one works fine. When adjusting the coarseness on one of the grinders, the grinder ends up loosening up, which ends up with you spilling the pepper corns everywhere. It’s a nice set if it worked right but for $40 I expect her device to be a little more polished.
