The Veredus Kevlar Fetlock Boots in black offer top-tier leg protection and innovative ventilation, designed for high-performance disciplines. Engineered with precision, they deliver lightweight durability and anatomical comfort, ideal for horses in intense training or competition.
The outer shell is reinforced with a synthetic Kevlar layer - five times stronger than steel - providing exceptional resistance to impact and abrasion while remaining lightweight and flexible. This ensures superior protection to the fetlock area without compromising mobility.
The boots feature Veredus’ advanced double ventilation system. A three-layer construction promotes constant airflow to regulate leg temperature during work. The inner two-way stretch fabric conforms to the leg for comfort, the middle layer of AEROX micro-perforated neoprene disperses heat, and the outer 3D mesh fabric channels warm air upward through a top outlet. An air inlet at the base allows fresh air to enter with the horse's movement, pushing heat upward and out through the mesh ducting. This ensures both horizontal and vertical heat release.
A carbon support insert within the shell and a layer of Nitrexgel absorb shock and protect the fetlock joint - one of the most vulnerable areas during jumping. The boots are shaped anatomically to stay correctly positioned without shifting, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.
Quick-close elastic straps with durable stainless steel clasps allow fast, one-handed fastening. The special elastomers maintain consistent tension, even in wet conditions, while Flextan tips and reinforced closure holes ensure reliable security during movement.
