The bright, inviting bouquet showcases the wine's freshness and the distinctive terroir of Mitchelton's estate vineyards, creating an enticing and complex nose.
Palate
The rounded profile creates a cohesive blend of red fruits, with fresh strawberry and watermelon flavours cascading across the palate. Phenolics lend structure and texture, whilst a driving acid line of 5.8 g/L provides excellent length and a clean, refreshing finish.
