NADAL® Strep A Scan Test

The NADAL® Strep A Scan Test is used with the Colibri® Reader to detect beta haemolytic streptococcus A. This rapid test even shows weak positive results within a few minutes, to allow determination of the proper intervention and treatment measures. You do not lose time and save yourself and the patient on another appointment. Furthermore, the illness's progression can be effectively shortened and the risk of transmission greatly reduced.

Streptococcus A is often responsible for infections of the upper respiratory tract, such as scarlet fever, pharyngitis or even tonsillitis. These illnesses also often lead to additional illnesses like rheumatic fever or endocarditis. Therefore, early detection of streptococcus A infections and the following treatment is especially important.
