Rusty was found in critical condition, unable to lift his head and suffering from serious injuries after an animal attack. His neck had been torn open, and the wounds were now infected, leaving him weak and in urgent need of care.
At the hospital, Rusty underwent emergency surgery to disinfect and suture his wounds, along with treatment for a stomach injury. Now, he’s in recovery but will still need daily support for intensive wound care, antibiotics, pain management, and close monitoring.
Rusty has survived so much, but he isn’t out of danger yet. Your gift can help him continue his recovery and finally move toward a safe, loving home.
