The carrying system, especially the shoulder straps, has now been ergonomically optimized for even greater comfort. The hip belt is easily adjustable and even completely removable. Access and packing are wonderfully simple thanks to the roll-top Velcro closure. Should the Velcro flap wear out after many years of intensive use, you can send your Velocity to ORTLIEB to have the flap replaced and give your backpack a new lease on life. This makes the Velocity a sustainable, lifelong companion. The interior has also been redesigned: In addition to the large zippered main compartment, the Velocity (all models) now features a padded laptop compartment. And the biggest new feature: The Velocity is now also available in small and extra-large sizes. With its 17L capacity, this backpack is ideal for smaller people or anyone who needs less space for their belongings. The 29L version offers plenty of room for those who sometimes have more to carry, and it also features an external pocket. The classic 23L version offers a good middle ground.
