This Performance Air Intake System allows your engine to breathe more air compared to the restrictive factory air intake housing. It is designed, tuned and dyno-tested to produce more horsepower and torque. Air enters the system from the factory fresh air inlets. through replacement air duct and into a roto-molded, aerodynamic AEM air box containing an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance.The cone shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). This Air Intake System is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal. I should have paid more attention to the size as they are slightly bigger than golf balls. The ones I was looking for are identical but about the size of a grapefruit. My dachshund has one and it is her favorite ball toy. That's on me though. These are more of a cat toy size ball. These do look like they are the same material as my pups larger one which is durable and fun for her to throw and bounce. The holes make it easy for the pups to grab and run quickly or catch in mid-air. I'm not sure how other small dogs would do but these are too small to play tug-of-war with my little girl and she is definitely not as interested in them as she is with her bigger one. I think we will donate these to animal control since I am sure they have some small dogs or cats that would appreciate these more than our picky girl lol.
