Storage Guidelines & Replacement Policy

Our metallic colors are formulated with high-quality pigments and binders to ensure rich, lasting results. Over time, some shades may naturally thicken or solidify due to their metallic composition.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace any bottle that has completely solidified within six (6) months of purchase. To request a replacement, please contact our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the affected product.

We recommend storing your bottles tightly sealed, out of direct sunlight and away from heat or freezing temperatures to maintain their consistency and longevity.
