The bouquet gradually evolves, revealing delicate aromas of vineyard peach and watermelon that add complexity and depth. This sophisticated aromatic expression speaks to the quality of fruit from the estate's clay-limestone soils and high-altitude vineyards at 350-400 metres elevation in the Alpilles.
