With over 40+ STEM projects this cart can easily support hundreds of kids. Each cart includes everything you need for the cart - wheels, gears, dowels, etc. and tools to help create almost any project you can imagine. The cart also comes with a stock of replacement supplies for over 18,000 components in total! To personalize your cart, you can decorate and redecorate the sign with dry erase markers.

To enhance the learning experience, check out the Activity Library with "Go Guides" to get you started on a build, with labs and challenges tied to the Next Generation Science Standards to connect learning to the fun. Activities are available for youth in grades K-12, with more specific ages on each activity. Youth will learn science and engineering concepts through experimentation, grow their understanding and evolve projects through the design & engineering process. The Maker Space Cart provides ample opportunities for amazing true STEM projects for as little as a few dollars a kit (average project cost: $1.37 - cost is based on students working in groups of 2-3 and taking projects home.)

FAQ's and Shipping Information

  • This cart is large! The finished size of the cart is 52” wide, 72” tall, 17” deep.
  • Due to its size and shipping weight of approximately 436 lbs., the cart ships on a pallet and delivery will need to be coordinated with the delivery company.
  • Due to the nature of the items size and shipping method, there is a flat shipping fee of $400 per Maker Space Cart.
  • The item comes mostly pre-assembled, with some light assembly required. You will have to organize the components into their drawers and bins and attach the sign to the top. You will have more components than fit in the bins. For more information, see the Maker Space Cart Manual!
  • The cart is on caster wheels making it easy to roll around a room and lock them to stay put when you don't want it to move.
  •  The additional components for restocking the kit will fit into three 24" x 13" x 13" boxes.

Slightly shiny material with a non neutral khaki color

I ordered these for my husband as nice looking shorts that would be casual and comfy. The Large fit his 35" waist ok, a slightly baggy around the crotch. The material is lightweight and they are decent quality for the price. We were both not a fan of the slightly shiny sheen of the material and the khaki color is not a neutral khaki, it is more peach or coral undertoned. He was wearing a garment washed coral pink tone T-shirt when he tried these on and it clashed horribly. Might have looked better with a black or dark shirt but just not an easy khaki that goes with everything unfortunately. Because of the sheen and color he probably won't wear them and we will just donate.

Do not listen to size suggestions. These are sized in China. Everything runs much smaller than what they are claiming. Amazons suggestions do not take this into account. They also don't feel like twill, maybe some kind of nylon woven like twill? Not sure.

Nice looking pair of shorts

I ordered these to have as a casual option for the warm weather. These are made of 95% polyester, but feel soft and comfortable. They are of good quality and seem very durable. The material is fairly thick, but still lightweight. I love that the pockets have zippers to keep my items secured. I did not find any loose threads or visible defects. Good value for the money.

Not terrible, but the material and fit just weren’t for me...

I really wanted to like these shorts. From the pictures, they looked precisely the style of summer shorts that I like. Unfortunately, I was left somewhat disappointed as soon as I opened the shipping package. The biggest thing for me is the material. These shorts are much shinier in person than I expected from the listing photos. Depending on the lighting, they have a kind of satin sheen to them, which is not really the look I was going for and not what the photos depicted. I was hoping for something a little more understated; closer to khaki material. The fabric also holds wrinkles more than I expected. Even after smoothing them out or folding them carefully, they seem to keep creases pretty easily. It gives them a slightly messy look unless you’re constantly adjusting or hanging them properly. The material is also very thin, which would be nice, but likely is the reason the wrinkles are so apparent. Fit-wise, they land in that awkward middle ground where they are not exactly uncomfortable, but they never quite feel natural either. The cut just sits a little strangely on me. It is hard to pinpoint exactly why, but they don’t drape or move the way my favorite shorts do. Sometimes that happens where the proportions technically fit, but the overall shape still feels off. That said, they are not all bad. The construction itself seems decent, and they feel like they would hold up reasonably well to regular wear. I also appreciate that they are lightweight and breathable enough for warmer weather. At the end of the day, these might work really well for someone who likes a shinier look and does not mind a more structured fit. For me personally, though, the combination of the sheen, wrinkle-prone material, and slightly awkward fit kept them from becoming a pair I would want to have in my regular rotation.
