Due to it’s quick germination and vigorous growth, it is ideal for many industrial uses such as: erosion control and soil stabilization, over-seeding existing material, quick beautification for lawn/landscape/pasture, new construction landscapes, and more. It is also a great option for over-seeding an existing lawn, pasture, or ground cover. This blend is ideal for full sun to medium shade. If left un-mowed the annual will reseed itself and the perennial won’t die giving renewed growth year after year.
