Cave de Turckheim Crémant d’Alsace Tradition Brut is a classic sparkling wine from Alsace, made using the traditional method with a blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris. The wine spends 12–18 months ageing on its lees, longer than the minimum required for the appellation, helping to build complexity while maintaining freshness.
The base wines are fermented mainly in stainless steel, with a small proportion matured briefly in older French oak barrels to add texture and depth before the secondary fermentation in bottle.
Lively and expressive, it shows aromas of baked apple and fresh orchard fruit with bright acidity and a soft, rounded mousse. Elegant and refreshing, it works beautifully as an aperitif or alongside seafood, roast chicken and light desserts.
