This BORLA® system has a valve simulator to prevent the Check Engine Light from coming on. It was designed specifically for the 6.2L Silverado and Sierra 1500. Factory Split Rear Exit Vehicles ONLY. This 2.5" inlet into 2.75" pipes Cat-Back™ system features a True Dual design which REQUIRES cutting the Original Equipment (O.E) Y-Pipe. The system has the famous S-Type sound level with no drone inside the vehicle. The muffler contains an internal X-Pipe for increased performance and improved sound. This system features dual 3.5" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Installation REQUIRES removal of the O.E. Valance Tips. Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p#21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, carbon fiber tips, and systems that reuse the O.E. tips are also available. It is built with premium, high-quality austenitic T-304 stainless steel using computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensures accurate fit and maximum performance. Arrived as pictured. Boxed nice and cute. Suitable to send as a gift or for retail sales. These are not only adorable but wash very well. My grandson and I both like them. He said the strawberry was for me and he took the frog. I normally have to bribe him to bathe but all I have to say is froggy is waiting and he runs in!~!~ I love my strawberry and it really cleans well. Such fun and I'm delighted with them both. The size is perfect and I'm grateful. We have been using them for awhile to and they have held up like new. Worth the cost and priced very fair.
