The Chevrolet Trail Boss and GMC AT4 both have a factory 2 in. lift compared to other GM 1500 trucks of the same year model. Fabtech's suspension system for these two trucks provide a 4 in. lift height on top of the factory 2 in. lift for clearance of 35 in. tall tires. Once a Trail Boss or AT4 is lifted with a Fabtech 4 in. system, the truck will sit the same height as a 1500 with a 6 in. suspension and 35 in. tires. Fabtech's suspension design for the Trail Boss and AT4 provides excellent drive ability both on and offroad. There is zero bump steer throughout the suspension cycle that helps reduce drive fatigue while improving the overall drive ability of the vehicle. The near stock track width keeps the tires under the fenders for a clean appearance. Fabtech's proprietary steering knuckle geometry provides excellent lock to lock turning radius to maneuver in tight spots. Heavy duty 1/4 in. thick steel crossmembers feature OE style alignment cam pins that utilize the factory cams for easy adjustment. Triple front diff mounts reposition the differential for vibration free operation at high speed. The factory Trail Boss and AT4 coilover shocks are retained and relocated from the bottom to allow for full steer while achieving 4 in. of lift. Rear lift is accomplished by removing the factory 2 in. block and replacing it with a 5 in. block and u-bolt system. Fabtech has addressed all aspects of the Trail Boss suspension for proper wheel travel and lock to lock steering without over cycling. The Mighty Patch Original Patch from Hero Cosmetics is hands-down one of the best acne solutions I’ve used. These hydrocolloid stickers actually shrink pimples and whiteheads overnight — I wake up and see a noticeable difference, even on stubborn spots that usually take days to calm down.

A total game changer (where were these when I was a teen?!)

I honestly wish these had been around when I was younger! The Mighty Patch Original is hands-down the most effective way I’ve found to deal with stubborn whiteheads. Instead of picking at my skin and making things worse, I just pop one of these on at night and let it do the work while I sleep.
By the morning, you can actually see the gunk it pulled out right on the patch (gross, but strangely satisfying). It significantly reduces the size and redness of the zit in just one use, and because it covers the spot, it stops me from touching it and causing more irritation.

Works on all skin types

What an amazing product! I'm in my 40s and still experience occasional acne. I purchased Mighty Patch, and after wearing it overnight, my blemish was noticeably cleared up by morning.
I have fairly dry skin and already use quality skincare products both morning and night, so I was impressed by how well it worked. My 17-year-old son also tried one when he started getting a few breakouts, and it cleared up his blemish as well. His skin is much oilier than mine, which shows that this product can be effective for both dry and oily skin types.
I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be purchasing it again!
