Production Notes

Bulleit Bourbon production begins with pure limestone-filtered water with a grain mix of 68% corn, 28% rye, and 4% malted barley. The mixture is then distilled using a traditional pot still technique. Bulleit Bourbon is aged for a length of 6 years in new charred American white oak barrels, significantly longer than most small-batch bourbons. This gives it a distinctive richness and depth, leading to a smoother and more well-rounded Bourbon. The distinctive Bulleit Bourbon is then bottled at 90 proof, resonating with its commitment to quality and tradition.
