In Cartuntum's cool climate, the Gruner retains a fresh greenness, with notes of ripe kiwifruit, honeydew, fresh green apples and pears, and touches of yeastiness and salt. The complex finish has a delicate balance of fruit, mineral and acid, paired with a hint of white pepper. This is proper thirst quenching juice.

This complex, smooth, medium-bodied Gruner hails from Christina Netzl's organic winery in Carnuntum, Austria. In Cartuntum's cool climate, the Gruner retains a fresh greenness, with notes of ripe kiwifruit, honeydew, fresh green apples and pears, and touches of yeastiness and salt. The complex finish has a delicate balance of fruit, mineral and acid, paired with a hint of white pepper. This is proper thirst-quenching juice.
During harvest, all grapes are processed as whole bunches which go straight into the vertical basket press without additives or temperature control. The juice then goes straight into stainless steel, where it ferments naturally. Long lees ageing to enhance complexity, then bottled unfined, unfiltered with the merest pinch of sulphur.
