Over the years, racing has become big business for teams, sponsors, and manufacturers around the world. However, 'grassroots' motorsports remain at the core of Ford's DNA. Grassroots performance began with Ford and has become a part of American culture. The Model A is the most modified car in history, and enthusiasts the world over continue to embrace Ford, Mercury, and Lincoln cars and trucks from the 1930s right on through to today. Road racers, drag racers. circle track competitors and street rodders have channeled, stepped-on, hopped-up, chopped down and modified their favorite cars to excel on the street, at the track, and in car shows. The Ford Mustang immediately became part of this culture when it was introduced in 1964-and remains a staple of grassroots performance to this day. In 2014, Mustang marks 50 years of winning, and has driven its way into racing history. Moreover, the car's appeal is universal; a recent European study identified Mustang as the most desirable classic car in Europe. Motorsports continue to evolve, with advances in technology and greater demand for smaller powertrains, as well as growing appetite for new formats like Rally Cross and Drifting. How it develops in the next 50 years remains to be seen, but we intend to be there to celebrate it, thanks to passionate enthusiasts like you, who have driven the success of Ford, Ford Racing and Mustang since the beginning.This Part Fits:

Time btwn brews

Love the sleek look and just the right size for counter top. Makes a great cup and foaming wand is great. Be sure to let first stream of water out before frothing. Definitely need a napkin or towel handy. Only one drawback I can see so far. After making an espresso it takes a bit of time to cool down before it allows you to brew next one. There’s two of us so we need to stagger our espresso making. Espresso could also be a bit hotter. All in all it’s a nice machine and does the job.

A Great Price for Great Machine

I have been brewing my own espresso at home for over 20 years which means I have gone through a significant number of machines. I never purchased anything "high end" - never spent more than $140. THIS machine, for $137.79, is a GEM. I can make TWO double espressos, back-to-back without turning off the machine, and there's STILL plenty of power in the pump, and the temp remains stable - no temperature loss AND no overheating.
How do we do this? We pack the LARGE basket with expresso, then hit the DOUBLE-cup once, and then a second time. AND THEN there's still plenty of power in the pump and heat to steam the milk! This means that the two of us can drink our coffees together at the same time. ALL the other machines that I used over the last 20 years, were never able to do this, because the pump would be played out after one brew, or the heater would drop in temperature OR overheat. That means one person drinks coffee while the other has to wait for round two.
But GEVI changed all that. Great price for a great espresso machine!

Great compact espresso machine
Color: Sterling Silver
This is a sturdy little espresso machine, not cheap plastic. I appreciated the fact that an insteuction booklet came with it, and that all of the insteuctions were clear and easy to follow, especially the first use steps. For a non-instant machine, it made a double very quickly. That looked, smelled, and tasted exactly as espresso should. All this for a very reasonable price, so I am very happy with my purchase.

Excellent For Beginners!

This little guy is easy to operate, and the instruction manual is well laid out (with the exception of spelling errors). I did watch a video where the individual recommended buying a sturdy tamper (which I did, the plastic one this machine comes with is well, cheap - but functional). I was excited for the hot water feature, but as the video guy explained, and I experienced, it takes a while and a bit of patience to get six ounces from this machine because it comes out in spurts. Not a deal breaker - I just heat water in the microwave while my espresso is perking, but it is an area that could be improved upon. I haven't used the frothing wand for milk since I like my espresso sans milk.
The water receptacle is roomy, and I love the pressure gauge. The stainless steel shows fingerprints, so if you are OCD/ADD, this may bug you, but I'm picking my battles these days. The other thing I love is the removable base. That allows me to fit my favorite mug directly under the spouts.
For me, the learning curve was gentle. And once I got the upgraded tamper, I was sipping coffee shop quality coffee w/o leaving my home.
