Sea salt improves skin health and has the overall beneficial effect on the human body saturating it with necessary macro-and microelements. Sea salt is rich in ions of calcium and sodium. Application: dissolve 100-300 g of salt under warm running water (35-45°C) completely and have a bath for 10-20 minutes. For external use only! Classic text. Written at the college level.
Text treats each topic initially from point of what are the causes of this injury, and how to prevent it. Then it goes into what will need to happen with an occurrence.
No pictures, but that's a good thing. There are many drawings which do a better job of highlighting what is important.
