We offer two different stud lengths, depending on your fitment:
- 70mm Stud: No spacers, or up to 10mm spacer
- 80mm Stud: Spacers between 10mm to 20mm
We also offer two different nut types, depending on what type of wheels you are running: Ball Seat nuts or Conical Seat nuts.
Please check which type your wheels require, it's important to get it right! Note that most OEM wheels use the Conical Seat nuts.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Max Vehicle Weight 2500KG
- This is not a ‘Locking’ or Security solution
- As with all anodised finishes, do not clean these nuts with aggressive acidic or alkaline cleaners otherwise the finish will be damaged.
- Use only pH balanced cleaners (ie, non-acid, non-alkaline, non-solvents). Never use ANY type of wheel cleaner or any chemicals including abrasive compounds on the nuts. We recommend washing with water and mild soap. We advise against using commercial carwashes who use aggressive chemicals such as TFR.

Multiple fitments for BMW and MINI. All vehicles with M14 x 1.25 studs: Key models:
|
- Remove the wheels and clean the threads in the hub and the short ends of the new studs using a suitable solvent such as brake cleaner. Ensure the threads are totally free from dirt and grease.
- Before you fit the stud, check that the shank (the plain section between inner and outer threads) passes easily through the disc holes and you are not bottoming the stud on the brake disc.
- Coat the threads on the short end of the stud with a thin covering of Loctite Blue 2422 (high temp rated to 650°F - it’s important to use a high temperature-rated Loctite that exceeds hub temps).
- Using a 6mm Allen Key, screw the short end of the stud into the hub until you reach the shank.
- DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE STUD INTO THE HUB – TIGHTEN UP TO AROUND 30ft-lbs / 40Nm.
- Wait about three hours for the Loctite to go off fully and refit wheels with the new nuts using 19mm socket. Lower the vehicle back onto the floor and torque the wheel nuts to the factory specification of the original lug bolts.
- Recheck the torque of the studs after 30mins of driving once the whole assembly has got hot.

THESE WEIGHTS ARE COVERED IN A GRIPPING MATERIAL, NEOPRENE, MAKING IT COMFORTABLE and EASIER TO USE, ALLOWS YOU TO NOT LOSE YOUR GRIP, and IT IMPROVES THE SAFETY OF THE USER. I WILL BE BUYING THE 12&20 lb sets! THE VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY IS WONDERFUL!! AMAZON BASICS REALLY CAME THROUGH. It DID NOT INCLUDE AN INSTRUCTION GUIDE TO USE WEIGHTS SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY. I WAS GETTING SO MANY REFERRALS THAT I MOVED FROM MY SMALL SPACE AND GOT A LARGER SPACE THAT LOOKS LIKE A TYPICAL PT CLINIC. I STILL EMPLOY ONE ON ONE TREATMENT, NO JUGGLING SEVERAL PATIENTS IN AN HOUR. I HAVE HIRED HELP TO ASSIST PATIENTS WITH EXERCISE AND STRETCHING. I PURCHASED TWO ADDITIONAL SETS ITHE SET IT I DID TO FIRST CHECK THEM OUT. I ADORE THESE AND HAVE SINCE ORDERED OTHER SETS. I LOVE TO WORKOUT AND I NEEDED TO USE THESE WEIGHTS MYSELF!! THEY DID NOT GIVE OFF AN ODD ODOR, which is A HUGE PLUS because SOME OTHER BRANDS SMELL HEAVILY OF PLASTIC OR A CHEMICAL TYPE ODOR. THERE WAS NO ODOR AT ALL. THIS IS A HUGE PLUS. I AM COMFORTABLE SAYING THAT THESE WEIGHTS WILL LAST A LONG TIME BECAUSE OF HOW WELL THEY ARE MADE. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE EITHER!!
THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY APPROPRIATE FOR PROFESSIONAL USE, AND, THEY ARE MEANT FOR PERSONAL USE AS WELL. SOMETIMES YOU JUST CANNOT GET TO THE GYM SO THIS IS WHERE THEY ARE KEY. HAND WEIGHTS HAVE THE ABILITY TO EXERCISE EACH MUSCLE OF THE TORSO AND ARMS. THERE ARE SOME EXCELLENT WEIGHT CHARTS OUT THERE TO SHOW YOU HOW TO DO THAT. IF YOU ARE GOING TO PHYSICAL THERAPY, THEN YOUR THERAPIST CAN INSTRUCT YOU AND KEEP YOU IN GOOD FORM. YOU COULD POSSIBLY HURT YOURSELF IF YOU WORKOUT INCORRECTLY. AS FAR AS THE LOWER EXTREMITIES, YOU CAN DO GROSS MOTOR EXERCISES BY HOLDING THESE WEIGHTS TO GET YOUR LEG MUSCLES BY DOING SQUATS, WALKING LUNGES, TOE RAISES, AND MORE. I DONT BELIEVE THAT MANY PEOPLE REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO FULL BODY EXERCISES WITH JUST TWO HAND WEIGHTS.
IN CONCLUSION , THESE ARE EXCELLENT WEIGHTS THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO MY PATIENTS OR FRIENDS. THIS IS A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT THAT WONT BREAK YOUR PIGGY BANK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY!. BUY WITHOUT RESERVATION!! A+++
