La miscela Chimichurri nasce in Argentina diffondendosi in Sud America e Nord Europa. Si può definire la miscela di spezie Regina del Churrasco, che è una grigliata mista di carne. Ottima sull’Asado, sulla Maminha, sulla Picanha, sul Pesce alla griglia.

Di solito è usata come condimento per carne, pollo e pesce, ma può anche essere usata come salsa per insalate o come drip per verdure cotte. Per preparare una marinata basta versarne due cucchiai in una ciotola, aggiungere un po’ di olio per farne una crema e lasciarla riposare per una notte per poi spennellarla sulla carne, sul pesce o sulle verdure. Lasciare riposare per un’ora e poi cucinare. Il risultato sarà sorprendente.
