The ICON Premium Forged Pistons set is engineered for serious enthusiasts who demand peak performance and reliability. Crafted from high-quality forged 2618 alloy aluminum, these pistons deliver outstanding strength and durability for your high-stroked 4.9L/298 engine.

This set includes eight pistons designed with a dish style and no valve reliefs, perfect for applications requiring specific combustion chamber volumes. Each piston has a bore diameter of 3.562 inches (90.475 mm) and a stroke length of 3.750 inches, enhancing your engine’s displacement and power potential.

The pistons feature a compression height of 1.200 inches and a piston head volume of +18.10 cc, optimized for improved combustion efficiency. They come with wrist pins and retainers included, with a pin diameter of 0.866 inches, accommodating both press-fit and floating wrist pin styles.

Note that piston rings are not included in this set, so be sure to select compatible rings separately. The piston rings that fit this design typically have thickness dimensions of 1.50 mm for the top and second rings, and 3.00 mm for the oil ring.

This nice inexpensive set is great for a beginner at golf, which is me--never played before. I don't evem know if I'm going to like playing, but at least I have a set of clubs so that I can give it a try...it's the exercise from walking the course that appeals to me. My son says he can teach me, even using mens clubs. I figure if I like the game, I can get a nicer set of ladies clubs and pass this set to my grandson. If I don't like the game, I can still pass the set along to my grandson! My son thought these clubs were decent weight and quality and well worth the price...the only thing missing was a putter, but we found a cheaper one to add to the set.

Good second-level pickleball paddles for a great price

I've been playing pickleball for a while now, though not ever well. I have progressed from wooden paddles and just trying things out to bundles of basic fiberglass paddles and balls to higher-end paddles that individually cost more than the "multi-paddle plus balls" bundles. I have kids and kids-in-law and grandkids, and not everyone has their own paddles. Thus, I purchased this set to get a couple more paddles. This Amazon Basics set of 2 paddles, four balls, and a carrying case is a starter set, maybe one step up from the basic wooden paddles that I started with. The paddles are nice, light-weight but sturdy, with a decent surface that should allow some level of control. The grips are nice, and there is some additional grip tape you can use to retape a handle that wears out. The balls are standard balls, and should get you started. The case is similar to cases I've purchased before with other sets. Unfortunately, the makers skimped on the zipper. It only has one (another case from a similar set had two zippers), and after just a few uses, the zipper completely fell off (see photo). This makes the case completely useless, and definitely drops my rating. But, given the price, the quality of the paddles, and the four balls, this is still a great starter set, even without a cheap carrying case. I'm happy to have the extra balls and paddles.
