How it's made

The Crust starts with our signature CNC-cut high-density sponge core, with seat density tuned for daily seating and a softer back layer for relaxed lounging. We hand-pick the fabric for each design, choosing weaves and velvets that hold up to everyday Egyptian homes. Every Crust is finished, quality-checked, and packaged in our workshop before it heads to your door.
