This cassoulet is ready to heat and serve straight from the tin.
La Belle Chaurienne Goose Cassoulet 840g x 1:
Ingredients - Lingot beans 35%, water, precooked goose sleeve 20%, grilled Toulouse sausage 11%, tomato puree, salt, duck fat, garlic, pepper.
Nutritional values per 100g - energy: 550 kJ / 132 kcal, fat: 5.8g, saturated fat: 2.1g, carbohydrates: 7.9g, including sugar: 0.5g, proteins: 10g, salt: 0.9g.

Ingredients

Lingot beans (400 g net, 35% when using) - cold cuts and meat (180 g net, 32% when using): confit goose sleeves (20% when using the total net weight ), grilled Toulouse sausages (pork meat and fat, water, salt, pepper) - cooked sauce: water, tomato paste, salt, duck fat, garlic, pepper.
