How to Use Your Therapy Pack
For Heat Therapy: Warm in the microwave for 30-second increments until you reach the desired temperature. Limit heating to no more than 30 seconds for the eye mask and 90 seconds for the neck wrap. Always check the pack's temperature before application.
For Cold Therapy: Keep in the freezer until you're ready to enjoy a cooling sensation.
Safety Note: This product is designed for soothing heat or cold therapy. Always follow heating instructions carefully. Check temperature before applying to skin.
