Collingwood’s history of quality and innovation continues with our new range of high bay lighting and optional accessories. This range combines excellent performance with quick payback. These LED 1-10V dimmable, resistor and PWM high bays come in 2 different mounting options, pot hook or chain, dependant on the installation. With an IP65 rating these high bays can be used outdoors and built for the toughest of indoor environments. Saving cost and energy, these high bays have a high efficacy of up to 150lm/W, adding on optional accessories such as a microwave sensor will save even more energy and cost, as the light will turn on when it detects movement. Available in 3 different outputs, 100W, 150W and 200W.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
