Firmly grip the front and back sides of the lid and carefully remove the tray cover. Flip each tool over so it is resting between the notches with the handle facing up; proceed with preferred heating or cooling method:

Warm Treatment: To enhance absorption of skincare products (e.g., over a face masque) and for a soothing, relaxing effect.

• Fill the tray with warm water (maximum temperature: 48ºC /120ºF) up to the designated fill line
• Set aside for 3 minutes before use

Cool Treatment: To reduce visible puffiness around the eyes and after treatments that may cause temporary skin warmth (e.g., spicy or stimulating masks)

• Fill the tray with cold water up to the designated fill line, or
• Place 3–4 ice cubes on and around the spoon(s)
• Set aside for 3 minutes before use

Warm & Cool Treatment (Fire & Ice): To visibly tone skin and enhance circulation, for a refreshing boost and calming effect.

• Fill one tray cavity with cold water or ice, and the other with warm water (per above instructions)
• Set aside for 3 minutes before use

Cleaning Instructions:
Tool - After each use, clean and sanitize the facial massage spoons with mild soap and water. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
Either bi-weekly or after about 10 uses, care for your tool with the following maintenance routine:
· Slightly twist and pull the silicone sleeves from the metal spoons.
· Wash both the spoons and sleeves thoroughly with mild soap and water.
· Dry items completely with a clean cloth.
· To reassemble, slide the sleeves onto the handles of the spoons.
· Store the tools in the product tray, in a cool, dry place.
Tray - Custom tray designed to warm or cool the facial spoons and store away when not in use. After each use, sanitize with alcohol or follow best cleaning practices in your area.
For regular maintenance, wash the tray using mild soap and water. Dry completely with a clean cloth.

Product Disclaimer: Before use, always test the temperature of the spoons on the inside of your wrist for 3–5 seconds to ensure comfort and safety. Use only warm water (not exceeding 48ºC / 120ºF) to heat the tools, do not use boiling water, dry ice or any other appliances for heating or cooling.
