I find this colour is such a rarity in the vintage wool skirt world and one of my favourite tones for Fall / Winter. This made in Canada, deep emerald green and black plaid number is fully lined for added comfort and warmth. Quality make and feel.  A gorgeous classic wool a-line skirt in overall, excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. It is high-waisted with a asymmetrical, button front, darted waistline and pleated back. The wrap style, peekaboo front makes this easy to move in and gives it an added touch of drama as well. 

I would call this a size M / L by today's fit standards. It is listed as a size 18. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
