Save time and money without losing cooking quality with Ovention's MATCHBOX M1718 61.68" Electric Impingement Oven. The revolutionary Precision Impingement technology allows you to perfectly cook one item while conveniently setting the time, temperature and blower speed for the next item you'd like to cook. When the item being cooked is finished, the settings will automatically change. To further simplify the process, the entire cooking surface automatically slides back and forth through the oven every time an item is done. So while one item is cooking inside this Impingement Oven on one end of the surface, another can be loaded onto the other end ready to be cooked. One of the more amazing features of the Matchbox Oven is the FlexTemp technology, which allows you to rapidly change temperatures from item to item by as much as 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat inside the oven is retained by both the unique end caps on both ends of the cooking surface and the dividing wall in the middle of the cooking surface. This drastically reduces energy consumption and HVAC costs while keeping money in your pocket. The whole system is controlled by a user-friendly touchscreen control panel which allows you to save cook settings for up to 1,000 menu items.
