AT6902ST Spike Base Insulator

When used with an AT6901BR brass or AT6901ST stainless steel spike insulator, this stainless steel spike base insulator can improve the sound quality of small- and medium-sized speakers. Each six-piece set includes three insulators for both the left and right speakers, and spike insulator materials can be mixed and matched to create your ideal sound. The base and spike insulators are designed to be 18 mm (0.71”) high when used together, making it easy to adjust the insulator position.

Spike base insulator for stable spike installation

Enjoy enhanced separation of sound for improved clarity when used with a spike insulator.* Each insulator has a load capacity of up to 7 kg (15 lbs) for 3-point support of speakers weighing up to 21 kg (46 lbs). The spike insulator material can also be changed as desired to create a personalized experience, with the material in contact with the speaker having the greatest impact on the sound.

*Use with either AT6901BR or AT6901ST spike insulators.

Rich mids and lows for a more forceful sound (when used with AT6901ST stainless steel spike insulators)

The stainless steel increases the expressiveness of mid- and low-frequency ranges—the core ranges—for a more forceful sound.

Powerful high-frequency sounds (when used with AT6901BR brass spike insulators)

Enjoy slightly milder resonances and high-frequency range for a more impactful sound from the combined characteristics of both brass and stainless steel, with the sound generated by the brass being slightly more prominent.

18 mm (0.71”) design ensures easy access for simple positioning

At 18 mm (0.71”) high when combined with the spike insulator, the design makes it easy to reach under the speaker to adjust the insulator position.
