Who It’s For

Advanced beginners with prior sewing experience who are ready to take on a quilting project. You should have a sewing machine at home for some homework between classes.

Materials

Provided: Sewing machine, choice of threads, needles, fabric shears, pins, marking tools, rotary cutter, rulers, embroidery floss, batting
Needed: Your own t-shirts (12+ for pillow/wall hanging; 20–40 for throw/lap quilt) and backing fabric (~48" x 60" for throw)

Class 1 (3 hrs): Cut and prep t-shirts, apply interfacing, arrange layout, begin sewing
