This is a replacement spa frog cartridge for the Spa Frog sanitising system. The bromine cartridge lasts between 3-4 weeks depending on usage. 

This works either in inline feeders or the floating sanitiser system.

The cartridge can be turned from 0-6 depending on usage. You need to achieve a 1-2ppm level in your hot tub at a minimum. The more usage your hot tub gets, the higher the setting your cartridge will need to be. 

Ensure your PH is between 7.2 and 7.6 to promote bather comfort and sanitiser efficiency. 

• Ensure all spa equipment is working properly - the pump and filter should be operated for at least 3 hours per day. Clean filter regularly as per manufacturers instructions.
• Adjust PH to between 7.2-7.6 and total alkalinity to 80-120 ppm.
• Spas should be drained and refilled with fresh water every 3-4 months.

Using the In-Line Spa Frog System:

• With a freshly filled hot tub - for the first 3 hours, se the Spa Frog Bromine Cartridge to #3 by holding the bottom and turning the top until the number 3 appears in the setting window. 
• Initially monitor bromine readings daily and adjust the bromine cartridge until the correct reading of 3.0ppm is achieved. 
• To install - Open Cap of In-Line system, push down and turn cartridge holder counter-clockwise to unlock. Pull holder out. Snap cartridge into bromine section. Use the Spa Frog Conditioning Cartridge in the "mineral" section. After cartridges are snapped in, replace holder by lining up arrow on the holder with the arrow on the system lip, push down and lock into place then replace cap.

Using The Floating Spa Frog System:

• With a freshly filled hot tub - for the first 3 hours, set the Spa Frog Bromine Cartridge to #5 by holding the bottom and turning the top until the number 3 appears in the setting window. 
• Initially monitor bromine readings daily and adjust the bromine cartridge until the correct reading of 3.0ppm is achieved. 
• To install - push the cartridge into the bottom opening of the Spa Frog Sanitising System. Use the Spa Frog Conditioning Cartridge in the other opening. 
• Pleace system to float in your hot tub water.
