Ordering Process:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive your email confirmation and order number. If you already have the prints that you would like to use, you can upload these when placing your order.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to email us your images, please send these to [email protected], including your order reference and let us know if you have any comments for our engraving team.
Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email. We will then make your jewelry piece. Our standard turnaround time is around 7 to 14 days from receipt of your artwork. We will of course contact you if we expect a delay producing your item.
Your jewelry piece will be beautifully gift-wrapped in a jewelry box with an EverWith bag, ideal for gifting.
Your finished jewelry piece will be dispatched using an international courier service with a 1 hour delivery window, with tracking information emailed to you.
