Combining our delicate cream Ermine colour with the rustic beige Earth tone, the Stripe Earth carpet has a fine pinstripe with soft natural tones and the low-level loop makes this extremely durable in high footfall areas. Made from 50% wool and 50% polypropylene, it has a pile weight of 1080gms per sqm and a tog rating of 1.09.

The level loop pile design of this Stripe Earth Natural Shades carpet makes it smooth and comforting as well as being extremely durable and easy to clean. The 50% wool composition helps to act as a natural insulator as it traps air within its fibres, which slows the movement of heat through the carpet. 

The Stripe Earth carpet has natural stain-resistant properties. This is because one of the naturally occurring components of the fleece is lanolin, which is widely used in soap and cosmetics production. The fleece is washed, combed and spun into yarn for carpet production, but the wool retains its natural stain-resistant properties through these processes. This helps the carpet to repel many household stains and makes it well suited to homes with pets and young children. The yarn is also treated with permethrin during the spinning stage which makes it moth resistant.
