The Mont Alpi 6-Burner Deluxe Island with Beverage Centre (MAi805-DBEV) is a modular outdoor kitchen system constructed from 304 stainless steel and finished with white composite work surfaces, including waterfall-style side panels. This configuration includes the 6-burner grill unit, side burner module, right-side cabinet, and beverage centre with integrated sink and refrigerator.
The grill assembly comprises six 304 stainless steel main burners, together with a ceramic infrared rear burner and a ceramic infrared side burner. A rotisserie kit with electric motor is included. Total heat output is approximately 33.7 kW (115,000 BTU).
The primary cooking surface measures 96.5 cm × 45.7 cm, excluding the warming rack. Cooking grills are manufactured from 8 mm 304 stainless steel, with a stainless steel warming rack positioned above. The unit incorporates electronic ignition, an integrated temperature gauge, and a front-access grease tray.
The beverage centre integrates a sink, faucet, and outdoor-rated refrigerator. Composite preparation surfaces are provided, along with a matching composite chopping board.
Two halogen cooking surface lights illuminate the grill area. LED control knobs indicate operational status. Roller ball drawers and rubber castor wheels with levelling feet are fitted.
The system is supplied propane-ready and includes a propane hose, regulator, and pull-out propane tank storage. Conversion to natural gas is available using the Mont Alpi Natural Gas Conversion Kit (sold separately). Optional accessories such as a charcoal tray and griddle are available separately.
The unit is delivered fully assembled.
