Les couteaux "Kiritsuke" sont des couteaux polyvalents dotés d'une pointe coupée en diagonale. Les couteaux Kiritsuke sont l'une des rares lames traditionnelles japonaises polyvalentes, et peuvent être utilisés comme trancheur ou couteau à légumes. Ces couteaux en forme d'épée présentent un bord plus droit et plus large qu'un usuba pour les légumes, et une lame plus longue qu'un yanagi pour trancher le poisson avec facilité. Add in a great cast of characters, some glitches in the whole life swap arrangement, the beautifully described setting and a hard earned happy ending, and you end up with another awesome read from Cheyenne!
