A nutrient powerhouse in every package:

Pecans contain healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants, along with vitamins and minerals like manganese, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. Sprouting increases the bioavailability of these nutrients, making them easier for the body to absorb.

Beets are a true super food. Studies have shown that eating beets regularly helps build your blood because of their rich iron content, may help detoxify your liver because of their bile-thinning chemical betaine, and may aid in the regulation of cell growth. Working as a natural vasodilator (a medicine that opens and relaxes the blood vessels), the nitrates in beet-root juice have been shown to relax blood vessels and reduce blood pressure. Our Beet Root Powder is made from 100 percent U.S.-grown organic beets.

A note of full transparency about the dehydration temperature of this batch: Our goal is to follow Wise Traditions protocols when dehydrating nuts, keeping the process at a low temperature to fully preserve the nutrients after the soaking process has removed the anti-nutrients and made the nutrients more bio available. However, this batch was dehydrated at a higher temperature than we'd like (170 F). They are crispy and delicious, and the anti-nutrients have been released, but the higher temperatures mean that their enzymes are no longer active, so they are not a "live" product. Enjoy them for their crispy goodness, as they are still a very high quality product, and stay tuned for our next batch, which will be dehydrated at the proper temperature to maintain enzymes.
