I just started taking these yesterday and I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but I have so much more energy today. My body was seriously lacking fruits and veggies for a very long time. It's not easy taking 3 at a time and then remembering to take 3 more again at another time, but I will do it as long as it makes me feel better. The fruit capsules don't have any smell to them. The vegetable capsules kind of smell like broccoli. I like broccoli, so it doesn't bother me, but I did burp some after taking the vegetable capsules.
