The origin of Yellow Lobster began with remaking the sleeves of a stadium jacket that could no longer be worn into headcovers. The T-Street is a model that can be said to represent that origin.

This fabric is sourced from a textile wholesaler based in Virginia, USA. Originally designed for crafting rugs, blankets, cushions, and bags, it is a yarn-dyed cotton jacquard weave. The pattern draws inspiration from Native American and Mexican rug designs. While the fabric is not waterproof or water-repellent, it features the natural texture and slubs characteristic of cotton, offering an organic and authentic look and feel.
