Unscrupulous

Avoid this seller. After purchasing this watch for my wife, it lost 19 minutes the first week. I contacted them and had to return it at my expense for repairs. After having it for a month, they returned it, and it again list 10 minutes in the first few days. When I contacted them today, they said it was after the return window. They have a 1.5 rating on Trust pilot, and most of their goods don't carry the original manufacturer warranty. Avoid!!!

I got this watch hoping that itβs gonna look cute. Honestly it is very cute. The color is amazing but itβs too big for my hand and there are no tools to make it smaller or anything so I have to take it to someone and pay money to get it adjusted Iβm gonna have to return it. I really liked it but the fact that Iβm gonna pay more money to get it adjusted is not OK
