To size, measure ankle circumference (cm)
Small: 17 - 20 cm
Medium: 20 - 23 cm
Large: 23 - 27 cm
X-Large: 27 - 32 cm

How To Apply 

Materials: Polyamide, Polyester, Elastane, Cotton, Polyurethane, Sock: Satin, Insert: Silicone

Wash & Care: Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Do not use Fabric Softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Iron. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
