Use & care -
Any type of yoga sticky mat takes time to offer maximum grip
After practising yoga on the mat between 4-6 times the mat will give better grip & can also be placed on the ground & walked over (in bare feet) to help with the wearing in process
Your mat can be wiped clean or it can be machined washed at 40 degrees, using a small amount of soap
Do not put your mat through the spin cycle or spin dry as this might damage the mat
Dry flat or hang air dry (Do Not put on a radiator or in a drying machine)

General Wear & Tear Information -
Like most customised products our printed yoga mats are subject to wear and tear and we cannot guarantee that the print will not wear after continued use, especially on a fully printed yoga mat. The wear and tear will be much less if the design has a logo at the top or bottom of the mat where the feet are less likely to wear this off.
We also do not recommend using shoes or any type of footwear whilst practising yoga on customised mats. We also do not recommend yoga mats cleaners or strong chemicals on the mat since these can remove the printing.
