Originally developed to replace the entire line of Kevlar core belts, the Carbon core construction on these belts makes them the strongest belt in the industry. Testing has proven increased belt life over the old industry standard PS series belts. These belts are not recommended for two step cars, or applications where the driver may be in and out of the throttle often. Although they are the strongest belt available they have very little give during adverse situations. Top teams have been known to get 10+ runs per belt with the proper tune up on the engine. RCD uses Carbon core belts on all our offset magneto drives, tri-drives and other belt driven drives with almost no failures. This belt should NOT be back bent around an idler pulley or during storage.
