One of the cables allows you to connect it to the light bar to make the connection, you then attach the end with the stripped wire to the all black cable which also has stripped wire and solder that in. The other end of that cable is DC Jack cable which allows you to plug in an AC Power Adapter. Please see the last photos in gallery.
