Every time I bring up journaling I hear so many people say "I don't have time" and guess what? That my friend is a limiting belief. You always have time to take care of you! Let me say that again, you always have time to take care of you. Now, with that said I am a busy homeschooling mom and business owner so I get being stretched so thin that you don't feel as though you have any time to spare. We have to get out of the mindset that doing something for us is extra or optional. It is a necessity!

I created this guided journal as a way for those of us who don't have a lot of time or who simply just don't enjoy writing to still be able to experience the power of daily journaling. So here it is, your daily dose of short and to the point journaling.
