This is more than a richly detailed story about the hubris, corruption and incompetence that doomed Credit Suisse; it's a stark warning to all of us about what happens when we let bankers do what they like' - Oliver Bullough, bestselling author of Butler to the World---For centuries, Swiss banks have served the globe's wealthiest individuals, employing a strict culture of anonymity and gaining massive wealth in the process. But when Credit Suisse collapsed, the veil of secrecy came down and the world was suddenly privy to the corruption, scandal and empty hubris that keep our biggest banks alive. It was a 166-year-old bastion of Swiss banking, amongst the most important and influential financial institutions in the world - but a veneer of high-class service disguised a darker, dirtier reality. From its sterile Zurich headquarters, the bank catered to a clientele that included dictators, drug dealers and former Nazi officers, and helped fleece its own clients out of billions of dollars. This continued for decades, even as Credit Suisse continued to expand, acquiring smaller banks and granting its own executives lucrative bonus contracts. Meltdown is the story of how the house of cards fell apart. Bloomberg investigative journalist and bestselling author of Pyramid of Lies Duncan Mavin takes readers inside the bank's hushed marble corridors, detailing its secretive culture and the series of increasingly selfish decisions, made by a handful of men at the top, which ultimately led to disaster. This is the fascinating history of one of the biggest financial institutions of our times - and a thrilling expos of the wider financial services sector - which promises to give readers a shocking and brutally honest look into a previously-unknown world of greed, lies and unrelenting human ambition. ---"A riveting autopsy of how one of banking's titans gradually, then suddenly, crumbled under the weight of its own misdeeds" - Bradley Hope, New York Times bestselling author of Billion Dollar Whale and Blood and Oil"This financial thriller of a book offers a tantalising glimpse into the rot at the heart of one of the world's most powerful banks" - Parmy Olson, bestselling author of We Are Anonymous and Supremacy"We're used by now to bankers behaving badly, but Duncan Mavin takes it to another shocking, anger-inducing level. Credit Suisse stood for propriety, but he shows this to be a total fabrication" - Chris Blackhurst, former editor of The Independent and bestselling author of Too Big to Jail"A gripping story of power, greed and panic, and a humbling reminder of the enormous cost of capitalism going awry" - Josie Cox, author of Women, Money and Power

Love love love Robeez. Best soft soled shoes for baby/toddler just learning to walk.
Size: 12-18 Months Toddler, Color: Grey Leather
I can’t even tell you how much I love these shoes for my kids. My oldest son born 2018 had a pair of Robeez, the shark kind, and I’ve passed them down through all my boys until now- now somehow one of them has gone missing, still looking. So we got these for baby and oh my gosh Robeez has upped their game! The soles are still soft enough to be pliable but have some structure to them, they fit softly enough to accommodate round chubby feet but again have some structure, and they look adorable. The quality is really high and that’s so wonderful to see this day and age when so many things are produced cheaply. These are truly lovely. And they’re very handsome. My sweet boy wore them to a birthday party at the park and they were a hit. I love this brand so much, and these shoes are so cute. I wish I were having more kids to buy more cute pairs :)

The Perfect First Shoe! Worth the Price.
My little one was just starting the stand/learning to walk and we wanted something to protect his feet while we were out of the house. Since babies/toddlers grow out of their shoes so quickly, I tried desperately to find shoes that didn't cost more than $20. However, I tried about 6 different "cheaper" shoes, all different brands, and nothing would stay on my babies feet. I finally broke down and bought these shoes and they are perfect. I ended up wasting more money trying not to spend too much money on shoes that would be too small after a couple months. It would have been cheaper for me to just buy these shoes to start. Fit wise they are great. Super easy to put on. They stay on! I appreciate the rubber portion on the sole because it gave my little one more traction when he was learning to walk. They are light way and the sole is very flexible which is important for the proper development of their feet. I just wish they made larger sizes because I am going to have to start the hunt all over for the perfect shoe once he grows out of the biggest size that Robeez sells. Save yourself time and avoid wasting money on shoes that don't stay on. Just buy these shoes!

Cute and STABLE
Size: 12-18 Months Toddler, Color: Navy Leather
This brand was recommended by a family member as being good for kids who are learning how to walk, and I definitely agree. My son had a different pair of shoes from Carter’s that fit well and looked cute, but the soles were a little too slick for an early walker despite having little rubberized dots on them. I like that these have more realistic soles, with real traction and support, but still allow the kid’s foot to flex. My son is very comfortable in them and was immediately noticeably more stable while standing and practicing walking in them. Bonus- they are super cute and this design is neutral enough to go with plenty of his clothes. My only small complaint is a little thread coming loose on one shoe, but so far it isn’t causing any issues/doesn’t seem to be unraveling anything structural. Highly recommend overall!

Great shoes!
Size: 18-24 Months Toddler, Color: Grey Leather
Love these shoes, only shoes I put my 15 month old in. However, they do run small. I bought 12-18 month size and my boy out grew them before 12 months old, I had to repurchase 18-24m to fit perfectly.

The BEST toddler shoe!!
Size: 18-24 Months Toddler, Color: Brooks Grey Leather
These shoes are 100% worth every penny. They are super easy to get on and off due to the fact that the tongue pulls back fully and they are flexible yet sturdy. They are excellent quality and have maintained great condition with my busy toddler at the park. The wide toe box provides great comfort for my little one’s wide feet. Buy the shoes!!!
