MATADOR HYBRID CARBON is the latest variant from our well-known MATADOR series. It is the model of our top player Luka Mladenovic (LUX/WR 118) and is specially designed for his game system: high speed for the topspin attack with pimples on the inside and amazingly effective when used with material. This OFF+ blade consists of a layer of Hybrid Aramid Carbon on the forehand and a layer of Texalium on the backhand, each under the top veneer, otherwise it is unchanged and offers a fairly hard, but still relatively good ball feel. MATADOR HYBRID CARBON is very fast, stiff and "direct". It enables extremely aggressive attacking play with backside rubber or attacking pimple rubbers. Both controlled openings with spin and hard spins are very easy to perform. The Hybrid Aramid Carbon Fiber material on the front ensures maximum speed and maximum spin, while the Texalium on the other side offers more control. Like all other models in the proven MATADOR series, MATADOR HYBRID CARBON is ideal for playing with attacking pimple rubbers and smooth anti-rubbers, as it combines a flat ball bounce and very good spin reversal.
