Entretien
Lavez votre planche à découper avec du savon et de l'eau chaude et frottez bien. Le volume d'eau et le frottement mécanique sont plus importants que le savon pour éliminer les bactéries et autres particules alimentaires de la planche. Après avoir lavé la planche à découper, séchez-la immédiatement avec une serviette et laissez-la sécher à l'air libre, sur ses pattes ou sur un support surélevé où l'air circule.
NE PAS :
Mettre la planche au lave-vaisselle. La chaleur et l'eau déformeront et fendront le bois.
Plonger la planche dans l'eau ou la laisser reposer dans l'eau. Le bois absorbera l'eau et risque de se déformer.
Mettre une planche mouillée à plat pour la faire sécher. Si la planche sèche d'un côté, le bois se déformera.

Cutting Board Care
Wash your cutting board with soap and warm water and scrub well. The volume of water and mechanical scrubbing is more important than soap in flushing bacteria and other food particles off the board. After washing the cutting board, dry immediately with a towel and let it air dry standing up or on a raised rack with air flow.
DO NOT :
Put the board in the dishwasher. The heat and water will warp and splinter the wood.
Dunk or let the board stand in water. The wood will absorb water and potentially warp.
Put a wet board flat to dry. If the board dries on one side, it will cause the wood to warp.
