After soaking up complex flavours inspired by the iconic wine region in Spain, the whisky was then carefully re casked back

Their trademark class spirit was matured in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels first for three years, followed by 2 months in apera (Australian Sherry) barrels from Barossa Valleys Seppeltsfield winery. After soaking up complex flavours inspired by the iconic wine region in Spain, the whisky was then carefully re-casked back into American Oak to soften and refine for an additional year.
The resulting whisky has layers upon layers of apera goodness with the traditional weight of clean bold Bakery Hill Single Malt Whisky.
