Frequently Asked Questions

How does the detachable trolley system work?

The trolley frame utilizes an intuitive "easy-click" latching mechanism. Simply release the latch to remove the wheels and telescopic handle entirely, converting the rolling bag into a flat-resting, stackable hard-shell flight case perfect for packed vehicles.

Is the case suitable for air travel?

Yes. Unlike soft-sided trolley bags, the Reloop 120 features professional flight-case-grade construction. The aluminum-coated wood and lockable butterfly latches provide the impact resistance required for cargo holds and rigorous transit environments.

What is the advantage of the 50/50 division design?

The 50/50 split allows the case to divide evenly into two sections. This lets you distribute your vinyl and easily browse through titles during live sets without needing to pull records completely out of a deep case.

Are the handles and locks secure?

Absolutely. The low-profile butterfly locks are heavy-duty and can be locked for extra security. The fold-away carrying handles are spring-loaded to sit flat against the case, preventing snagging or damage during travel.
