Grounding Blend - helps to balance the energy of the root chakra and assist with focus on our body, connection to the earth and life force. 

Bliss Blend - helps to balance the energy of the sacral chakra enhancing feelings of connection to one's self and others.

Courage Blend - helps to balance the energy of the solar plexus chakra and enhance self confidence, self esteem and self worth.

How To Use

Take 7 drops twice daily of the two blends most important to you right now and the third blend on an 'as needed' basis. 

Alternatively, this pack can be used on an intuitive basis and you can either use one blend at a time or let yourself be drawn to what you need each day. 

Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)

Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!
